Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
We offer FREE ground shipping on all orders shipped to the United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. All other shipping costs can be estimated from the shopping cart page prior to checkout. Standup Paddleboards are also not available for free shipping because they are too big for UPS to deliver. All items are shipped via UPS or USPS depending on their size and weight.
UPS ships decks, completes, and items that weigh over 3lbs. USPS ships wheels, trucks, bushings, hardware, and items that weigh less than 3lbs.
Tracking information will be emailed once your package has left the building. If you do not receive a tracking number within 3 business days feel free to email or call us.
Expected Shipping Time
All domestic orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days via UPS or USPS. All international orders will be shipped within 5-7 days via USPS. Should any expected delay outside this range occur; we will contact you through phone and/or email. If an item or part of your order is out of stock, we will contact you and ask whether you would like a Partial Shipment or if you would like to wait until that item is back in stock (we will give you an estimate of when that item will be available).
Since we are located in Seattle, Washington and Oregon orders can expect delivery in 2-3 business days if received before 12 pm PST Monday – Friday. Packages shipped to the West Coast will take about 3 days, and packages shipped to the East Coast take about one week. Orders to the Midwest such as Texas also usually take a week. If your order is urgent, please keep in mind that UPS does not count Saturday and Sunday as transit days. If an order is received by 12 pm we will do our best to ship it out that same day. If an order is received after 12 pm, we will still try to get it out that day and we do 90% of the time but we can't guarantee it. No orders are shipped out on Saturday or Sunday.

Military Addresses
For APO and FPO, we ship USPS mail. These orders take about 7-10 business days. Please let us know in the order comments if you cannot receive USPS shipments, and that the order must be shipped UPS.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
If you find that you cannot place an order to your specific country, please email us and we can help you. International Orders are excluded from free shipping.
USPS Priority International ships all of our international orders. We are not responsible for any customs, fees, destroyed, damaged, or lost packages. In the case that something does happen during the transit of your package, we would be happy to help you file a claim. USPS cannot ship packages over 42" long, so unfortunately this makes certian longboards unavialable for international orders (we will contact you with any length issues).
In an effort to eliminate problems with international fraudulent card charges we are now confirming all international orders with the card holder prior to processing them. Again, we'll need some sort of confirmation from the card holder before we'll be able to get the merchandise shipped out.
There are two quick solutions. Email us valid identification, or pay using PayPal:
The quickest way to confirm is to email us a picture of the card holders credit card, or a picture of a form of identification (must be the card holders ID). Examples of identification provided below.
The other way would be to pay through PayPal instead of using your credit card (PayPal has more protection against international card fraud). Payments can be made to Jason@motionboardshop.com; Email us a for a paypal invoice.

Import Tax Policy
Motion Boardshop is not liable for an import taxes levied by your country. Your package may be destroyed or otherwise disposed of by authorities should you decline to pay import or customs tax levied by the country. Once a package leaves the United States, we are not responsible for any lost or destroyed packages. You will not be entitled to any refund in this event.
Refused And/Or Attempted Delivery
We will not issue a refund if you abandon your package. If you are not present at the time of delivery, it is your responsibility to find the carrier and location of the package. You will not be refunded for any undelivered packages if a delivery was attempted at a time you were not present. Once a package leaves the United States, we have no jurisdiction regarding customs or carriers in your country.
Return Policy
Unused/unopened products can be refunded or credited within 10 days of the delivery date or in-store purchase date. Used or worn merchandise will not be accepted. Items past the 10 days of receipt or delivery will be given store-credit only, for unused/unopened products. Customer must pay the return shipping.
Defective items can be returned if we are notified within 48 hours of the receipt or delivery. Customer must pay the return shipping (see Warranty section below).
We will not accept or refund any items returned more than 30 days from the receipt or delivery.
Motion Boardshop will issue refunds once items have been received and determined undamaged. We will notify you once we have issued the refund. Refunds may take 4-7 business days depending on your financial institution.
Refunds must include a copy of the original invoice and reason for the return or credit. An insured/trackable shipping service is required. We do not require a RA (Return Authorization). Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process and will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase.

WARRANTY
Motion Boardshop does not warranty any items. The company who manufactured that particular item will handle your warranty. However, we will do whatever we can to help facilitate this for you by acting as the company that represents the product and sold it to you. If you think you have a defective product, you can contact the manufacturer directly. However, if you would like our help in the manner, please send us detailed pictures of the defect or damage with information on how long the product has been in use and how it happened. We will then pass that information along to the manufacturer to help facilitate the warranty for you. Each warranty is handled on a case-by-case basis.
LIABILITY
Motion Boardshop is not responsible for the safety or reliability of the products we carry. We assume no liability from the use of any products we sell. By purchasing and/or using the product we sold, you assume all risk, responsibility and liability of any product ensuing loss or damage to persons or property.
Be safe and obey the law! Longboarding involves some risks, so please be careful! You accept any and all risks, dangers and hazards resulting in serious injury while using any product we sell.
Privacy Policy
To process your order, we may collect your name, address, phone number and email address. We will not charge your credit card until we process your order. Credit card information is deleted once the order is processed. We will not sell your name or personal information. Only the owners and employees of Motion Boardshop view this information to complete your order. All information is encrypted after entered for payment.
Track Your Order
If you have not received a tracking number for your order within 3 days of submitting your order, please let us know by emailing shipping@motionboardshop.com with your name and order number. Your email address is entered into the shipping information, and may have been incorrectly entered or blocked from certain Internet servers.
Order Changes
Please let us know as soon possible about any changes to your order. Email us at shipping@motionboardshop.com or contact us during business hours. Although most changes can be made before 12 pm, we cannot guarantee that your order hasn't been shipped already. We cannot make changes if you order has already been shipped.
